1 liter of grape juice
80 grams of sugar
1 organic orange
1 organic lemon
2 cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
2 stars anise
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash and dry the orange and lemon.
Cut them into rounds.
Put the citrus fruits in a saucepan with the grape juice, sugar and spices.
Bring to a simmer, cover, remove from heat and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
Strain and serve hot in large cups.
