As you walk, your guide will point out key landmarks including Mont Saint-Clair and panoramic viewpoints over the Thau Lagoon.

Visit an oyster and shellfish farm

Continue with a visit to an authentic oyster and shellfish farm on the Étang de Thau. Learn how oysters and mussels are cultivated in this unique saltwater lagoon, then sit back and enjoy a tasting of 6 fresh oysters paired with a glass of crisp local Picpoul de Pinet white wine, all while admiring beautiful views of the lagoon and Mont Saint-Clair.
