Shawn T02, Dec 2024Thierry was a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic host. His personal  anecdotes about his grandparents experiences of World War II provided a great picture for the history of the region. He’s also an expert in Alsacian wines, and give the group lots of guidance on the different varieties.
