Article 2 : Participation 

Ophorus organises from March 10th 2022 and April 1st 2022 4pm (CEST), a free contest, no purchase necessary.

The Contest is open to all persons who are over the legal age of majority, other than the employees of Ophorus. Any other person(s) and their successors-in-interest (spouses and/or children) having directly or indirectly participated in the conception, the creation or the management of this game, are not eligible to enter. Participation is limited to one entry bulletin per email address. Participation is free and no purchase is necessary.

Article 3 : Rules

In order to play, each contestant will have to reply to 10 questions about Provence destination on the Google form created. The link to the form is featured on the newsletter sent to the subscribers of Ophorus' newsletters. He/she will follow the entry directions by clicking on “Participate now” on the newsletter. In order to participate, the contestant will answer the 10 questions. All incomplete forms, forms belonging to persons not eligible to enter the game, forms filled in several times by the same email address will be considered void.

Article 4 : Designation of the winner

Among the contestants, one of those with the higher number of correct replies will participate in the random drawing that will take place on April 1st 2022 pm. The drawing will be carried out by the organizers of the contest at the Ophorus headquarters.

Article 5 : Prize of the contest

After the random draw that will take place on April 1st 2022, the winner will receive the possibility to book a shared full-day trip in Provence, for 2 adults and from Aix-en-Provence during 2022 season (between April and October 2022 included). Date will have to be determined along with the reservations department of Ophorus according to the seats available and the availabilities of the winners. She/he will have the choice between 2 shared full-day tours in Provence.
No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent for the Prize permitted.

Article 6: Prize notification

The winner will be notified by email at the email address registered in his/her participation form. The
organizers will not be held responsible if the prize notification is returned to Ophorus as
undeliverable due to a change in the contestant’ email address or due to any problem with the contestant email service.
The prize will be sent to the name and the email address indicated in the participation form within a week following the random draw.
By entering this Contest and/or accepting the Prize, the Winner hereby agrees to the reasonable use by Ophorus of his/her name on company's website and social medias.

Article 7: Acceptance and publication of the Terms and Conditions
By entering the contest, the contestants affirm that he/she has read and agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions of the contest. The present Terms and Conditions are available on Ophorus website (ophorus.com) in the "blog" section. 

Article 8 : Participation fees

Participants using access providers integrating internet connections, participation in the Contest is by nature free. Participants not incurring additional costs in the participation in the Contest, cannot be subject to any refund.
It is further specified that subscriptions to Internet service providers as well as the equipment
computers (computer, modem, cables, etc.) are not reimbursed, participants in the Contest declaring that they already have the disposal for their use.

Article 9 : Responsibility

The organizers reserve their right to modify, suspend or terminate the Contest in the event that it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond their control. The organizers cannot be held responsible for any such occurrence.
Ophorus reserves its right to use the information on the entry form for purposes other than the
Contest (such as sales operations) in accordance with the law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. Ophorus will not be held responsible for the occurrence.

Article 10 : Dispute

The present Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by French law that defines the rules and regulations applied to this Contest. Contests or challenges of any decision will be made in writing to the organizers whose address is to be found in article 1 of the present Terms and Conditions. The letter will stipulate the precise date on which the contestant participated and the exact motive for which he/she contests the decision. No contests or challenges will be accepted later than 30 days after the closing of the Contest.
