Begin your private 2‑hour walk in the heart of Strasbourg’s historic center. The old town is dominated by the Gothic Cathedral of Our Lady of Strasbourg, built in pink sandstone and once described by Victor Hugo as a “gigantic and delicate marvel.” Outside, your expert guide will help you read the extraordinary façade, a true stone picture book of the Middle Ages, where hundreds of sculptures seem to leap from the walls in dramatic light and shadow.
Inside, admire the magnificent stained‑glass windows dating from the 12th to 14th centuries, including the impressive rose window that bathes the nave in coloured light.
