End the day at a family-run Calvados distillery in the heart of the Pays d’Auge. The estate cultivates more than 25 apple varieties across around 30 hectares of orchards, with both standard and cordon trees, producing renowned cider, Calvados and Pommeau.
After an introduction to the production and blending of these spirits, take part in a guided tasting of several local products (tasting fees not included). Following the visit, relax on the drive back to Caen, where your tour concludes.
